Most full-time/professional/salaried staff and faculty positions are "contracted". If your position is "contracted", you are part of SNHUPEA and under the Master Agreement. These means it is SNHUPEA who negotiates your contract and benefits including annual pay increases, healthcare and tuition benefits, retirement contribution, professional development funds, vacation and sick time, promotions, grievance and arbitration rights, etc. SNHUPEA membership dues are now automatically renewable and payroll deductible on a bi-weekly basis. If you have not paid your dues in the last six (6) months, please complete the SNHUPEA dues form and returned as indicated.
Please be reminded it is SNHUPEA which represents the 1,600+ covered employees in University College, COCE, and College for America. Your optional membership dues are the sole source of funding to retain counsel for negotiations, arbitration, etc. These dues are particularly important given our Master Agreement negotiations which are approaching shortly. More simply, without this funding, the rights of over 1,600+ employees across the university are jeopardized.
